What Address will my order be delivered to?
For Internet orders paid for by Credit or Debit card we normally deliver to the card holders address. This is a security measure, the card company provides us with a check on the address you enter as your billing address confirming whether it matches with their records.

If you need to have the item delivered to an alternative address in the UK, then enter the new delivery address at the checkout, we will then confirm that the order with the details of the alternative delivery address.

If you are from overseas or wish the item delivered outside the UK, you will need to send a cheque drawn on a UK bank, BACS, CHAPS or SWIFT payment. We can accept orders by post provided that UK Postal Orders or a cheque drawn on a UK Clearing bank is used as payment.
 
Is there a surcharge for using a credit card?
We make no extra charges for using credit cards online.
 
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders by the business day after we receive it. generally we can dispatch on the same day we receive it. We use couriers who will deliver next day, thereby ensuring that your order is delivered to you within 2 business days. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order and will dispatch messages via Email.
 
How up to date is the Stock count?
The stock figures are the figures from the close of business the previous day and changes throughout the day. The website is only updated overnight with these figures so the stock is a good indication of our stock levels.
 
Will you tell me when you dispatch my order?
Yes. We understand that people have busy lives. We will email you the day that your order leaves our warehouse with the intended delivery date.

This site is part of the Rosco Solutions Network. We have been providing IT solutions to the retail market since early 1999. Our services include the provision of hardware and network design. With our latest stable of sites we aim to provide the discerning buyer with sites that concentrate on a single product line.

Will I be informed if there are any problems with my order?
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by one of our experienced online sales staff, by email initially.

 
What happens if the product I order is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that you order an out of stock product we will deliver it as soon as it becomes available. If your order contains some products that are out of stock and some products that are in stock, the order will be delivered in parts, but you will only be charged for one delivery.

 
How safe is it using my credit card over the Internet?
We use Worldpay, which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, to process payments. They use encryption which means that your exact credit card number is encoded before being transmitted from your PC to their server. They ask your card company for payment and advise us of the result. We never know your Credit card details, they are only known by Worldpay.

Furthermore there have been NO reported cases of fraud where card details have been intercepted over an encrypted line.
 
I can't find the product I want, are all your products on the site?
It takes time to update the website and we like to include as much detail as possible. There are still many products we'd like to have on the site from our wide range of suppliers, from whom we can source most items. Please e-mail or call us using the details from the contact us section, we'll be more than happy to help to see if we can source the item you require.

What if I order the wrong item
We try to be as accomodating as possible when people make mistakes when ordering. However, we offer very keen prices and have to insist on charging a 25% (minimum £17.50) restocking fee for each item that has been delivered as ordered but is now not wanted. The £17.50 + VAT is to cover our administration fees. The item must be in a resaleable condition, that is new, unopened with their original seals intact and in undamaged original packaging then the request can be considered.
